I’m not an expert but here is some more information.

The FITs are payments for each kWh produce with a renewable electricity system (solar, wind…) by you electricity supplier.
It’s applicable to public and business users.
The energy you produced is measured as well as your import and your export.
To claim FITs you need to be registered and get your system certified.
