Wow! I can't wait for it to hit the market. My electricity bill is shooting up the roof every month. With so many windows in my house, I guess I will save a ton of money from them.

Last month I paid INR 17,000 as my energy bill. Last year same month the bill was of INR 7500 only.

Sure this is gonna be great idea. Am waiting eagerly for this to arrive.

Yes, but I hope that you live in a part of India where cricket is not popular. If a cork ball was to hit your solar-electric window, the consequences may be more than the simple inconvenience it is now, i.e., if the window breaks it might even cause you to lose the very power that allows your internet connection (not to mention the contents of your refrigerator).

I wonder if the designers of this idea took that into account. Solar roof panels may not be very aesthetic, but at least they are not made from window glass...
